It’s as simple as holding or attending a lunch where all the ingredients on the menu are locally seasonal.

Seasonal Sunday Lunch #1: April 21, 2013
Here in the Southern Hemisphere we’ll be celebrating Autumn with rich root vegetables, dark greens and warm hearty dishes. Northern Hemisphere households will be coming out of Winter into the bounty of Spring produce and all its glory.
Organising a Seasonal Sunday Lunch is easy. Simply make your guest list, send out the invites, create your seasonal menu and enjoy!
We’ve put together a bit more about hosting a lunch here and some great seasonal recipe inspiration here. If our date doesn’t work for you, simply set your own.
